These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of inprintcustoms.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Inprint Customs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

2. Products & custom orders

Our World Cup Flag Coasters are sold in packs that you build by selecting the nations and quantities you want, including custom-country requests. Because these items are made to order, please review your selections carefully before checkout. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen images.

3. Pricing & promotions

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Promotional codes such as KICKOFF15 are applied at checkout, are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any affected orders.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.

5. Changes & cancellations

Because items are produced to order, you may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@inprintcustoms.com. After production begins we may be unable to modify the order.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping on every pack. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & refunds

We want you to love your order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items received in their original condition. Because coasters are produced to order and personalized to your flag selections, custom or personalized items are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive defective or damaged. To start a return or report an issue, email info@inprintcustoms.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual property

National flags and related emblems are used to represent the country you select. You are responsible for ensuring any custom request you submit does not infringe the rights of third parties. All Site content, branding, and design are owned by Inprint Customs and may not be used without permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inprint Customs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inprint Customs from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your custom-content requests.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lebanon.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
